Changing the Heels on Wheels format from dinner downtown to brunch in Decatur proved quite successful. More than coffee and pastry, Pashley and Pilen, Vespertine NYC and Yakkay made for delightful temptation while a crowd of veterans and newbies grew and grew. The late start was inevitable, yet portends a bright future for dressy rides of all sorts in Atlanta.Houndstooth Road
